Outline planning support for a 1,800 home scheme including noise constraint modelling and BS 8233 / Approved Document O assessments.
We supported the outline planning application for a 1,800-home residential development by quantifying site-wide noise constraints. Extensive surveys and 3D noise modelling were used to evaluate traffic noise from surrounding and internal roads. Recommendations were made in accordance with the requirements of BS 8233 and Approved Document O to define development parameters and safeguard internal and external residential amenity.
